Deckhand Complete

Hailing from the Core systems, we have our first completed crewman!  Believe it or not, this guy is a lowly deckhand.  The captain and the grunt should be following in the next few weeks.  This guy will be off to the 3D printer in the coming week to get a prototype made.

Specialist Duncan Update

Duncan is done!  Will be getting him from the sculptor next week and off to have him cast.  Exciting!

Updates!

Got two big updates today.  The first is a pic of the Coreworld Deckhand.  He is almost done and we'll have some better pics later this week.

The second is the WIP of Specialist Duncan. He is also nearly done and we should have some more pics soon.

Deckhand WIP

Just got a WIP shot of the 3D render for one of the deckhands that will comprise one of the starting crews.  The model still needs to have his gear rendered and be posed but we couldn't be more pleased with how he is turning out.

Exciting news!  We got an update from the sculptor handling the model of Commander Finch.  As mentioned before, Commander Finch will be one of the special incentive models available in the coming months.

Thorim

We wanted to give a little insight into one of the alien races that will be appearing in the Terminus Gate rulebook.  You will be able to have one as a member of your crew but players will not be able to field an entire crew of aliens...yet.

Thorim

Thorim are physically sturdy and tough, with a heavy chitinous shell covering most of the body. They are shorter and broader than the most humans, averaging 3’6” to 4’6” tall and typically weighing close to 400 lbs. Males and females can most easily be distinguished by the larger right hand possessed by the males which is used for ritualized mating combat. Depending on the societal role that the individual Thorim is filling, one might see a variety of genetically engineered adaptations among them, especially in those encountered off-planet (mainly for communicating with outsiders and existing within the standard atmospheric conditions of a spacecraft).
